Jennifer is your Community Manager here at Devonshire.
In this role, Jennifer strives to continue developing the community into a vibrant and desirable location and improve her personal and professional development by serving homeowners however she can.
Jennifer brings her expertise in community management with over 20 years of experience and a passion for delivering quality service. With her valuable contributions to the community, she plays a key role in inspiring the community to engage in Devonshire's long-term enjoyment and vitality.

Kelsie is your Community Standards Coordinator. In this role, she will work alongside homeowners to help protect the property and enhance the value and aesthetics of the homes in the community.
Kelsie is excited to take on this role at Devonshire!
A native of Dallas, Kelsie has years of property management experience.
Her hobbies include kayaking, fishing, hanging out with family, and playing the drums, guitar, and piano.
Kelsie is available to chat anytime!
Giselle looks forward to welcoming and assisting our residents, ensuring their concerns are heard and handled promptly and efficiently.
A native of the Republic of Panama, Giselle is fluent in Spanish, and in her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, making handcrafts, and developing and creating custom baked goods.

Wayne comes to Devonshire with years of experience in property maintenance. He truly enjoys keeping Devonshire's grounds in tip-top shape and supervising your amenities' repairs and maintenance throughout the community.
Wayne enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and friends; he has four adult children and five grandchildren. Wayne also enjoys grilling delicious food to share and enjoy with his loved ones.

Wayne Detweiler
Maintenance Manager
Aaron is in charge of some of the porter services throughout Devonshire. He also assists Wayne in the day-to-day operations of projects in the community.
Aaron enjoys reading, playing his guitar, and learning about world history. When not relaxing, you might find him riding his "pride and joy," his motorcycle!
Aaron enjoys interacting with the residents, so make sure you say hello when you see him in the community!
